LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE

We all need uplifting from time to time. I walk the beach each day to raise my vibrations and I often take a crystal to swim with and share the good vibes. I also enjoy music to lighten my mood and a smile never goes astray.

I was out on a morning jaunt when I recalled an old familiar song that put a smile on my face. The lighthearted tune lifted my step and I found myself whistling the song all day with a smile on my own face that extended to others through a ripple effect.

Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse

Crystals for positivity

This week I thought I’d share some crystals that assist me to stay positive and look on the bright side, to see the silver lining and weather the storm. These crystals evoke happiness, joy, and a lightness of heart.

Amethyst

Amethyst is a beautiful soft heart stone, ready will and helps to help us at all times. Whether we would like to shift any type of compulsive behaviour or simply live more in our hearts, Amethyst is here.

Ametrine

Ametrine is a combination of the Quartzes  Amethyst and Citrine. Amethyst connects one to the spiritual realm where we can receive messages from our guides, angels or Higher Self. Once this connection has been strengthened Citrine will then help one make clear decisive action as directed by the spiritual realm.  Citrine will help with the removal of one’s blockages, making one feel empowered.

Ametrine is another wonderful heart stone. It will help clear the mind if it’s sluggish making it a perfect stone for study and clarity of mind. Ametrine can help in overcoming self-sabotage and procrastination providing a stronger connection to and within oneself.

Citrine, I so love and have done for many years.  Citrine opens us up to more clarity, inner strength and our imagination is our magical power to manifest. It opens us up to our will and that is our ability to get into the physical work that is required to bring our hopes, loves and desires to fruition.

Sunstone

Sunstone is a stone of personal power, freedom, openness, warmth, strength, mental clarity and the willingness to send love out to others, making it perfect for these times. Sunstone carries the energy of the sun releasing fears and self-doubt. It is another great stone to use if manifesting abundance into one’s life or if one is doubting leadership skills.

Black Tourmaline

Black Tourmaline is a stone I recommend to everyone as it is excellent for any type of protection on any level. It is a heart stone and very grounding. One can pick up negativity or slip into fear easily and sometimes it can take a while to realise. Make this stone one of your best friends, then watch as your life changes.

Amazonite

Amazonite, just the colour alone will give one a lift. It is a stone of harmony, everyone working together from the inside out, making it another perfect stone for this decade. It is very stimulating for the heart and throat, helping us to ‘walk our talk’.

Choose the Ripple You Want to Create

I believe if we all do even little daily steps we will feel so much happier. This lighter, happy vibration will radiate from us and creates a ripple effect that goes out and uplifts others. Some people may not be having a great day but when they feel that loving warm ripple effect they will feel brighter and happier. They don’t need to know why or how, it just is and the good vibes help in making this universe happy, and around and around it goes.

We can choose the music we listen to and sing to, we can choose to smile, we can choose to walk with kindness and radiate love. We can choose to look on the bright side of life.
