STONES FOR THE AGE OF AQUARIUS

I woke early on 20th January and whilst trying to meditate  I received the message of “you have gone over a threshold”.  This message coincided when the Sun went into Aquarius for a brief visit. My North Node is Aquarius.

What are your North and South Nodes?

We all have a South and North Node separated from each other by 180 degrees in the sky. The South Node is where we are coming from and the North is where we are going. Your Nodes are similar to yin and yang energy in the fact that they are always in opposition to each other and balance each other out. Both of your nodes are also always in retrograde, meaning they appear to be in reverse from the earth, traveling in the opposite directions to the other planets. Planets in retrograde tend to provoke more internal reactions and encourage us to tie up loose ends.

How to find your North and South Nodes

It’s a really good idea to find out your Nodes. There are many astrological sites on the web that can assist you to find your nodes, the basic ones need only your date of birth others to require location and some more details.

From an Astrology point of view, we have just finished the Season of Aquarius. We have just passed through Aquarius sun sign entering it on January 20th and leaving it on February 19th. The season of Aquarius lasts thirty days through the sun sign, however, the Age of Aquarius is said to endure 2160 years. We are currently traveling through this.

What is the Age of Aquarius?

The Age of Aquarius first came to my knowledge with the musical of the same name. Do you remember this:

When the moon is in the Seventh House
And Jupiter aligns with Mars
Then peace will guide the planets
And love will steer the stars

This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius
The Age of Aquarius
Aquarius! Aquarius!

Harmony and understanding
Sympathy and trust abounding
No more falsehoods or derisions
Golden living dreams…

With these words in mind, it is a time of really getting into our heart and going deeper,  deeper and keeping ourselves grounded and as we go we will find our crystals supporting all the way, in ways we never thought possible. As this age has been identified as one of unprecedented personal growth we need all the support we can gather, and crystals are my first point of call.
